I didnt make this deck with any of the new cards and honestly it could be built a lot of different ways

If you're double-sleeving your card, you'll put the card into the inner sleeve first, then slide the card into the regular sleeve

Toski, Bearer of Secrets While Toski, Bearer of Secrets is a green staple for the 99, Im less impressed with it in the command zone

The set is gangsta, not in hip-hop style, but rather as 1920s crime families

Its obviously a fantastic way to multiply the impact of spot removal or draw spells

Most of these cards will dip down into bulk territory before bouncing back up, so the set may feel lackluster for a while, but I am very high on M15s long term prospects
